Winemaking process
The grapes picked during the second half of September, after a brief cold maceration are softly pressed. The juice is immediately cooled, cleaned and stocked avoiding the fermentation.

During the partial fermentation (up to 5% of alcohol) in pressure tanks at controlled temperature this wine takes the little effervescence and froth. The result is an outstanding sweet and velvety wine displaying rich aromas of grapes.
