Winemaking process
The grapes picked during the second half of September are immediately and softly pressed. The juice is immediately cooled, cleaned and stocked avoiding the fermentation.

During the partial fermentation (up to 5% of alcohol) in pressure tanks at controlled temperature this wine takes the little effervescence and froth. As a result, Villa M is decidedly sweet, delicious and aromatic.
